AIT operates in a 30,000 square foot facility and is equipped with machinery and equipment to accomplish any industrial requirement related to machining, welding, repairs, and complete fabrication. Combined with over 30-years of fabrication experience and state-of-the-art equipment, our team of expert craftsmen can help with a widerange of custom fabrication and welding services that include, but aren’t limited to:

Technology

Welding

The Advanced Integrated Technologies welding department can support the structural, sheet metal, and pipe needs for all fabrication and repair work.

  • We have the capability to work with steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastic, copper, copper-nickel, and HY130.

  • Our welding processes include SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW.

  • We are ABS and MIL-STD certified. We are fully insured, and safety is our highest priority.


Introducing MACH 500 Waterjet Table

AIT also has a Flow MACH 500 Waterjet Table. With this table AIT has the capability to cut virtually any material, from modern metals to highly engineered materials. These range anywhere from fiberglass insulation and cork/rubber gaskets to carbon and stainless steel up to 12" thick. Our machine is capable of handling a 6' x 13' sheet of material max and is one of the quickest machines on the market. Our software allows us to program engraving, radius, and angles as needed to meet any of your manufacturing needs.
